Our partnership program aims to develop quality, long-term relationships with our main suppliers and to be an agent of transformation, leveraging supply chain performance and joining forces to expand our value and create a positive impact FOR THE WORLD

To evaluate the performance of suppliers in an ethical and transparent manner, a monitoring process was created for those who meet the main requirements of Natura standards, based on the Embrace program. Our program is guided by 6 pillars that support Natura’s Vision and Strategy.

Each Pillar is composed of indicators specific to each category, which consider aspects for building a clear, fair and high-performance relationship between the parties.

At the end of the 1-year cycle, the suppliers that stood out the most in the final measurement of the program are awarded
